Sautéed Asparagus

  • Toss asparagus with salt. Arrange in a large (12-inch) skillet with a lid.

  • Turn burner on medium high. Turn the asparagus every 1 minute.

  • When asparagus starts to cook, set timer for 3 minutes. Cook until tender, after the initial 3 minutes check with the tip of a sharp knife.

  • When asparagus begins to feel tender add Two English Ladies Vinaigrette/Marinade in the skillet.

  • Mix the asparagus with vinaigrette.

  • Turn down burner to low and cook 4 more minutes.

  • ENJOY YOUR FEAST!
