Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup of Two English Ladies Vinaigrette/Marinade (flavor your choice), but I love the Ginger/Orange

1 bunch of Asparagus
Directions

Toss asparagus with salt. Arrange in a large (12-inch) skillet with a lid.

Turn burner on medium high. Turn the asparagus every 1 minute.

When asparagus starts to cook, set timer for 3 minutes. Cook until tender, after the initial 3 minutes check with the tip of a sharp knife.

When asparagus begins to feel tender add Two English Ladies Vinaigrette/Marinade in the skillet.

Mix the asparagus with vinaigrette.

Turn down burner to low and cook 4 more minutes.
